OUR COVID-19
GUIDELINES
IAP Home Tours keeps a close eye on Covid-19 news in the Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C. areas in order to provide our clients with our superior services in a safe and cautious manner.
IAP Home Tours operates as an essential business, in accordance with all laws and guidance in the areas that we service.
To help us protect our photographers and videographers, please take note of the following list of procedures:
1.
A property should be completely ready for a photography session before the photographer arrives. This includes turning on light, opening window coverings, turning off ceiling fans and preparing all staging.
2.
Our photographers and videographers will take the photos and videos of the house as you have prepared it. You will be charged for the full shoot regardless of whether or not the property is prepared.
3.
We ask that all occupants of the home leave during the photo/video session to maximize physical distancing. If occupants must be inside the home, we ask that they be on a different floor or a minimum of 10 ft from the photographer.
4.
Photographers and videographers are not allowed to touch anything at the home or aid with photo preparation.
5.
Photographers and videographers are not allowed to review images with the agent or other occupants at the end of the shoot.
6.
Prior to the start of the shoot, any special instructions (including lockbox instructions) should be given to the photographer.
7.
The photographer/videographer may refuse the shoot if either the agent or homeowner present is showing symptoms of illness.
Our photographers and videographers have all agreed to follow these procedures:
1.
Photographers/videographers are required to avoid personal contact with agents or home occupants, keeping a minimum of 10 ft between themselves and any other person at the shoot. This includes handshakes, fist-bumps, etc.
2.
Photographers/videographers are required to use CDC recommended self-sanitation guidelines to clean their hands before and after each shoot – including hand washing or hand sanitizer.
3.
Photographers/videographers are required to sanitize their equipment throughout the day.
4.
Photographers/videographers are required to use a tissue or handkerchief to open doors to keep them from touching doorknobs.
5.
Photographers/videographers are required to use face coverings at all shoots until further notice.
